About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Junior Manager to join our team in São Luis and Florianópolis. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

  • Complete higher education
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel
  • Desirable knowledge of Power BI and Knime
  • Active Driver's License
  • Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change
