Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the critical aspects of our Hubs' operations. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be instrumental in driving growth, improving vendor relationships, and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage KPIs for Hubs, identifying areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with central teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our Hubs.
  • Implement scalable automation and AI-powered solutions, ensuring successful adoption across multiple stakeholders.
  • Create efficient monitoring systems and dashboards to track operational health and trends.
  • Develop strategies to reduce vendor attrition and enhance overall vendor experience.
  • Lead task forces with commercial teams to address critical operational challenges.
  • Map operational demands from commercial teams into actionable solutions, working with central teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, lookups, logical formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
  • Fluent English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
    • Experience with MS Access and SQL.
    • Requirement gathering and clear requirement document writing.
