">Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Service Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer requirements and needs are met while upholding our company's vision and mission.
This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic, tactful, sensitive, and professional, with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the sales team to provide them with the resources they need to close deals effectively. This includes content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell Lifecycle service products to customers.
Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, developing and driving prioritized Lifecycle Services initiatives in alignment with our strategy and key stakeholders. You will also support frontline sales teams with service business knowledge in customer and partner meetings and training sessions.
As a Service Sales Professional, you will share best practice learnings between sales teams and service sales enablers globally. You will also provide feedback on our service portfolio and suggest enhancements, as well as give feedback towards our service delivery organization for further growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- \
- Graduated or majoring in Engineering: Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or Industrial Automation;
- English level: Advanced;
- 3+ years' Sales area experience.
