About the Role:

  • Lead the commercial strategy and execution for pharma and supplements portfolios across Latin America.
  • Manage and expand the customer base with a strong emphasis on end-use markets for pharma and supplements.
  • Develop and implement distributor strategies to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operations with commercial needs.
  • Identify opportunities leveraging Kerry's horizontal platforms for the pharma and supplements market.
  • Support pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement sectors.
  • Proven track record in LATAM market development and distributor management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
