Loan Sales Specialist

At World Business Lenders, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Loan Sales Representative to join our team. As a Loan Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers from these sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Recent sales/loan origination experience in the lending industry.
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
