The Area Vice President ESMB Sales LATAM Leader

will be responsible for setting and executing Salesforce's ESMB Strategy, building out and leading the ESMB LATAM sales organisation, and driving growth across the Salesforce clouds in the ESMB segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the LATAM ESMB sales organisation;
  • Implement a scalable LATAM ESMB operating model, drive go-to-market execution and pipeline generation initiatives across the ESMB segment;
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent in the ESMB organisation;
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in revenue and bookings;
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base;
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting;
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management;
  • Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales in the US;
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales organisations;
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals;
  • Experience in the LATAM Market;
  • Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers;
  • C-suite level resources aligned with Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, and internal leadership teams;
  • Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings;
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
