Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team at Jobflurry-Appcast-Br. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and training to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback, using this information to improve our services and products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service, Finance, Trading, or Sales related fields.
- Native in Portuguese Language.
- Fluent in English Language both written and oral.
- Experience in trading/investment/finance will be an added advantage.
