WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operational capacity within a technical product environment, preferably in a SaaS, mobile, or marketing automation context.
  • Experience in direct customer interactions, exhibiting the patience, confidence, and friendliness necessary to foster positive customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with email systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with, influencing, and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • A hands-on approach to your daily responsibilities, driving accuracy through personal performance.
  • A robust problem-solving mindset utilizing various operational tools.
  • An appreciation for the significance of analytical reporting to illustrate progress towards your objectives.
  • Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of the Braze ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with SparkPost and/or SendGrid email systems.
  • Experience with additional tools such as FinancialForce, Looker, Slackbots, PagerDuty, etc.
