Responsibilities- Drive continuous improvement across Reclame Aqui processes, collaborating with front-line support and stakeholders to unlock value and create a positive user experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and develop targeted solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (Training, Quality, Sales, Product, Support) to resolve complex customer issues and optimize user engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop customized action plans to address at-risk customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop proactive strategies to maximize product or service value for customers and drive loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English required.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years dealing directly with Reclame Aqui.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for success.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk beneficial.
