Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Ninja Van PH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from advertising job openings to closing hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop interview plans
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS software
