About the Position

This role is responsible for strategic procurement and commodity management of indirect spend categories, including chemicals, packaging, logistics, freight, general services, and indirect.

The successful candidate will participate in cross-functional teams and collaborate with suppliers to implement sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans for all indirect categories.
  • Analyze market trends and assess supplier requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Track and report performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field.
  • Proven experience in indirect spend purchasing, preferably in food/pharmaceutical/chemical industries.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
