Job Description

The role of Indirect Spend Coordinator involves procurement and commodity management for various categories, including Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics, Freight, General Services, and Indirect. This position requires participation in Cross Functional Teams and support to the Indirect Spend Manager in implementing sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities include implementing sourcing strategies, working with multiple stakeholders, managing supplier relationships, tracking and reporting commodity performance metrics, developing internal and external category profiles, and assessing supplier capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration or a technical field is desired.
  • Solid experience in indirect spend purchasing, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects or enterprise PMO functions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian tax systems for purchasing activities.
