  • Estruturação das informações sobre os clientes.
  • Monitorar campanhas para garantir performance, empregabilidade e satisfação dos clientes.
  • Documentar testes e desenvolver relatórios.
  • Sugerir soluções para problemas.
  • Segmentação de bases de clientes e limpeza de dados.
  • Criar modelos estatísticos para previsão de compra e retorno.
  • Desenvolver planos de viabilidade financeira.
  • Metodologias de mensuração de dados.
  • Controle de orçamento para CRM e gestão de calendário e fluxos de e-mail marketing.
Requisitos:

Formação superior completa: Ciência da Computação, Publicidade, Administração, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.

Habilidades técnicas: Microsoft Excel avançado.

Perfil analítico: Raciocínio lógico e habilidade com números.

Comunicação eficaz: Boa organização e excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

Experiência prévia: Liderança de equipes ou projetos.

Diferencial: Atuação com Salesforce Marketing Cloud e/ou Data Cloud.
