Kwai is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader with a strong background in the credit industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of dedicated experience in business development, with a successful track record of integrating multiple lenders into a marketplace of loan.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute business development strategies to expand our lender network and enhance service offerings.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing lenders, negotiating terms that benefit both parties.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of business development initiatives, from proposal to integration.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development within the marketplace of loan industry.
- Proven success in integrating multiple lenders and enhancing business operations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English.
