Junior Commercial Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in presenting our educational solutions to clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prowess in prospecting and closing sales via digital channels;
  • Presentation of Tetra's products in a consultative manner, focusing on high-impact solutions;
  • Conduct online sales meetings with leads and clients, effectively communicating value propositions;
  • Proposal development and negotiation of commercial conditions;
  • Accurate recording of information in the CRM and maintenance of the sales funnel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and colleagues;
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong desire for professional growth;
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems, leveraging technology to enhance performance;
  • Desirable experience in consultative sales or customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles;
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex sales scenarios;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
