We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with the team to implement changes
- Develop actionable plans with our stations to drive results
- Analyze data to identify causes and prepare insights for leadership teams
- Provide timely support and guidance to customers, leveraging data and proactive information
- Map opportunities to develop new processes that enhance service levels
In addition to these responsibilities, you will create personalized reports using data analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations to drive process improvements.
You will also support specialists and managers in making informed decisions by providing high-quality knowledge and analytical expertise focused on quality and problem-solving.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service delivery

- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights
