Job Title: Customer Support Center Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Center Agent to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and helpful support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish languages is highly desirable.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
