Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Promote and expand services to existing clients for revenue maximization
- Manage client relationships using HubSpot CRM for high satisfaction and retention
- Analyze client needs and market trends for tailored business development strategies
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives
- Represent the organization at industry events to drive business expansion
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Outbound Prospecting, preferably in software or technology environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM for effective business development and client management
- Excellent relationship-building skills and strategic approach to business expansion
- Advanced Outbound/Cold Call skills, including Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo
- Ability to engage in high-level discussions
