Ribeirao Corporate Banking Manager

As a corporate banking group manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complex professional disciplinary areas. Your team of relationship managers will cover corporate clients in the Ribeirao Preto area, focusing on the agribusiness segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of multiple areas within a function and their interactions to drive business impact.
  • Negotiate with C-level executives at clients and prospective clients.

You will be accountable for delivering a range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. Strong communication skills are required to facilitate internal and external collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience including managerial roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial banking and credit management.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills.

With significant experience in credit decision-making authority and intermediate level credit skills, you will develop advanced level credit skills as a senior credit officer. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and interact with various stakeholders.
