Electrification Expert with Quality Focus

We are looking for a skilled Electrification expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and governing quality and safety strategies across multiple countries in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and deploy quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Establish processes to identify and address potential quality issues before they become major problems.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\
  • Implement process metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.\
  • Ensure effective change management processes are established and followed within the organization.\
  • Manage and coordinate audit programs and associated actions.\
  • Develop and maintain measurement capability and performance indicators.\
  • Work with local management teams to prevent mistakes and defects in products and avoid problems when delivering projects, solutions or services to customers.\
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures and guidelines.\
  • Deploy customer care response process and ensure non-conformances are captured, registered, and managed effectively.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, master's degree desirable.\
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.\
  • Experience in business operations and quality processes.\
  • Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.\
  • Leadership experience in hierarchical and functional roles.\
