We are seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
">About the RoleThe successful candidate will be a vital link between our organization and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve business objectives.
">Responsibilities:- Drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers
- Develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
- Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers
- Develop sector and market expertise
- Continual monitoring of client feedback
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
- Regularly report KPIs and status of accounts to Team Leaders and Head of Account Management
Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and ability to handle difficult clients and pressure.
