This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our commercial efforts.
Job DescriptionAs a Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and oversight of the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process. You will serve as the primary interface between sales teams and commercial teams, working closely with cross-functional groups to achieve business objectives.
You will contribute to the development of prices and conditions, promoting business value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in risk management, margin analysis, and contract negotiation will be invaluable in ensuring successful customer engagements.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also work on building and maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline, developing segment commercial strategies, and owning pricing initiatives and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills essential. Spanish skills advantageous
- Need Wireline experience in both cased hole and open hole technology and service
- Knowledge of Baker Hughes Wireline technology advantageous
- Expressive experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
