Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Senior Manager CRM and Loyalty to join our team. As a key member of our Media & Customer Engagement team, you will be responsible for leading delivery of consulting projects for priority clients, partnering with Sales and Client teams to understand new and existing client needs, and supporting new business and existing client account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of consulting projects for priority clients, ensuring excellent standards based on global best practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Client teams to understand new and existing client needs, support new business and existing client account development, and sell in relevant and compelling propositions.
  • Support pre-sales activities in coordination with Sales and Client teams.
  • Liaise with Media & CE Consulting Teams in other regions to define and drive best practices globally, and support CE & Media training of dunnhumby sales teams through leading/supporting training sessions and contributing to content updates.
  • Build compelling Media & Customer Engagement case studies based on the value we've added for clients in the Region, working closely with Product & Product Marketing teams.
