O papel de um Business Partner é fundamental para alinhar as áreas de negócios da empresa com as necessidades do setor de Recursos Humanos. Nesse contexto, atua como canal entre os gestores e as equipes e o negócio.

Um profissional generalista, especializado em negócios, que oferece suporte aos líderes e suas equipes ao mesmo tempo que realiza a gestão estratégica de pessoas.

Atuar como consultor interno, gerando eficiência nos processos de negócio e propôr programas de desenvolvimento organizacional.

Funções principais:
  • Promover o alinhamento entre as áreas de negócios e Recursos Humanos;
  • Apoiar os líderes e suas equipes em suas necessidades;
  • Realizar a gestão estratégica de pessoas;
  • Propor e implementar programas de desenvolvimento organizacional.
Requisitos mínimos:
  • Formação acadêmica não informada;
  • Experiência prévia na área de negócios ou Recursos Humanos;
  • Habilidades analíticas e resolução de problemas;
  • Comunicação eficaz e liderança;
  • Conhecimento das últimas tendências e tecnologias no setor.
