Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Associate to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our Japanese, Portuguese, and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages, including Japanese, Portuguese, and English.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese, Portuguese, and English languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work 6x1 schedule with 6 hours of work per day, up to 36 hours per week.
