Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Customer Support Associate to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of Wise, providing world-class customer support to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to Japanese, Portuguese, and English-speaking customers.
  • Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and deliver a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English skills and fluency in Japanese and Portuguese.
  • Flexibility to work 6x1 schedule with 6 hours of work per day, up to 36 hours per week.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Cool under pressure with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to own up to mistakes and follow through on commitments.
  • Open-minded with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Team-player with a strong sense of respect and empathy for colleagues and customers.
