About the Role:
​​We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Multilingual Support Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
​​- Provide accurate and timely interpretation and translation services to our clients, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
​​- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
​​- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
​​- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
​​- Native or fluent English + Native Portuguese language skills.
​​- Strong proficiency in computer software and technology, including internet connectivity and speed requirements.
​​- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
​​- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
