**About the Role:**
As a Dedicated Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to our customers via chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive reputation for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
