This role involves providing technical support for employees via various channels, acting as an internal advocate, and contributing to knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and experience with Linux troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and web-based platforms
- Act as an internal liaison, ensuring timely updates and information exchange
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, maintaining shared knowledge and lessons learned
- Draft and distribute technical notices for internal and external communication
- Prioritize work effectively to accomplish critical tasks first
- Exceptional academic record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or relevant alternative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting, including log collection and configuration file editing
- Knowledge of Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, and virtualization/cloud computing concepts
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle pressure in a customer-facing role
