Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and web-based platforms
  • Act as an internal liaison, ensuring timely updates and information exchange
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, maintaining shared knowledge and lessons learned
  • Draft and distribute technical notices for internal and external communication
  • Prioritize work effectively to accomplish critical tasks first
Requirements:
  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or relevant alternative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Linux troubleshooting, including log collection and configuration file editing
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, and virtualization/cloud computing concepts
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and handle pressure in a customer-facing role
