Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Success Specialist to lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless implementation experience for our customers. This role plays a crucial part in driving product adoption and long-term success by guiding clients through all stages of implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to using our platform.
  • Develop and implement integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure and customize the platform according to each client's specific needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure full understanding and utilization of our platform's functionalities.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify potential issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support during integration, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed.
  • Analyze adoption and engagement metrics to maximize client value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing B2B onboarding or implementation of HR, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience building integration playbooks and training programs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management platforms is beneficial.
  • Fluent English for working with global clients and internal teams.
