About this Role:
">This is a Brand Strategist position that requires a strategic thinker with a creative mind. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the brand vision and strategy for clients, building strong positioning platforms, and leading the discovery process that informs creative campaigns, messaging, and visual identity.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or related roles at a digital or creative agency. They should have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative development processes, as well as excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills.
">Key responsibilities include leading brand discovery and positioning for new and existing clients, conducting competitive analysis, market research, and audience profiling, researching audience behavior, trends, and competitors, writing clear, actionable creative briefs, collaborating with the media team and project managers, reviewing and interpreting campaign performance data, presenting strategies and insights to clients and internal teams, and guiding consistency of brand expression across all marketing touchpoints.
">Requirements include 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or related roles, a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative development processes, comfortable analyzing performance reports, excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills, ability to think both conceptually and analytically, comfortable presenting and defending your ideas to clients and internal teams, and a collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
