Strategic Partnership Builder

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive growth by building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including affiliates, brokers, and VIP clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with media outlets, influencers, and other local leaders to attract first-time investors and traders.
  • Broker Program Enhancement: Develop and maintain relationships with current brokers, while identifying and onboarding new partners to enhance Crypto.com's broker program.
  • VIP Client Outreach: Proactively engage with high-value clients to build trust and loyalty, while providing exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
  • Community Building: Foster a strong sense of community among affiliates, brokers, and VIPs by attending conferences, social events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activity in the cryptocurrency space, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Draft and negotiate client or partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Client Feedback: Monitor and respond to client feedback, using this information to recommend product improvements and enhance overall user experience.
