A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled sales professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the education technology sector. As an educational sales consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with district and school leaders, managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, and conducting product presentations and needs analyses tailored to customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector
- Actively manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities across multiple K-12 product lines
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and needs analyses tailored to customer goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in education or related fields
- Deep knowledge of K-12 school systems, funding cycles, and instructional priorities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or field-based role with frequent travel (50%+)
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling core curriculum
- Experience selling to large districts or state-level stakeholders
