Role Overview

As a Strategic Customer Advocate at Ascential, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our key customers. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs and demands, and to develop a tailored approach to deliver the best experience, results, and insights for their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Capture customer business needs during onboarding and develop a successful engagement with key stakeholders throughout the relationship.
  • Utilize data analytics to develop and present comprehensive, actionable, and accurate insights at both analyst and executive levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities for current customers to grow recurring revenue (upsell).
  • Ensure agile, timely, and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives (SLA).
  • Monitor objectives and metrics related to client success.
  • Transform data into actionable insights for customer business growth.
  • Oversee customer account management, including maximizing negotiating contracts and agreements to increase profit.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales of Services.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or consulting in the Consumer and Professional Goods/Retailer space.
  • Fluent English and advanced Spanish.
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to transform data into insights to support business decisions.
  • Adaptability and cognitive flexibility to adapt to changes and be flexible to new problems and situations.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills to improve customer service and experience and forward accurate solutions.
  • Passion for the customer, strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Sales experience and strong persuasion skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of e-commerce frameworks is a plus.
