About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Forescout Technologies Inc. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing partners in your region to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Identification and Recruitment: Proactively identify and recruit new partners in your region to expand our channel sales network.
  2. Partner Onboarding and Development: Onboard new partners into our channel program and develop existing partners through a clear understanding of their business models and requirements.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with partner accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.
  4. Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify short- and long-term business opportunities with partners and address competitive threats.
  5. Sales Enablement: Organize and deliver sales enablement training for the partner community to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our solutions.
  6. Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing development funds and partner lead generation processes to support sales efforts.
  7. Performance Management: Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives, and drive business transaction linearity and pipeline development.
Requirements
  1. Channel Sales Experience: 8+ years of channel or sales experience in a technology environment, preferably in security or networking.
  2. Regional Expertise: Established long-term relationships with partners in Brazil and desirable South America.
  3. Language Skills: Must speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  4. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the channel sales model and ability to work effectively with all levels of business contacts within large and complex organizations.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills and ability to negotiate with customers and partners to complete terms, conditions, and pricing.
  6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work within multi-functional teams such as Sales Engineers, Inside Reps, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  7. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
