
Sales Growth Executive

As a Senior Sales Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and sales performance. Your primary objective will be to dissect business objectives for chain brand teams and identify key sales metrics impacting the achievement of these goals.
Develop an objective management indicator system that leverages efficient data tools and organizational mechanisms to manage franchise brand team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Through operational analysis and exploration, identify business growth opportunities and formulate feasible sales strategies and frontline execution paths.
Employ project management methods to ensure effective execution of critical business objectives and strategies. Analyze and swiftly assess the feasibility and risks of chain brand team objectives, harnessing resources from strategies, products, and operation team to drive the achievement of business goals for chain brand teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- More than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
- Proficient with various analysis software and capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
- Information sensitivity to the market and industry, able to capture development trends and formulate strategies.
- Good at communication and expression, strong coordination, team consciousness, and organization ability.
- Startup team, full of opportunities to participate in core projects for rapid growth.
- The opportunity to experience different countries, languages, and cultures.
- English/Portuguese can be used as a working language.
- Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
