Job Title: Business Growth Leader

Be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization by driving business growth.

As a Business Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement effective sales strategies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You must have the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or sciences, and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with service organizations to ensure successful installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or sciences.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Able to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Fluent understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
