About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with prominent retail clients in the Enterprise Retail sector.

  • As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Industry Lead, and be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing and new retail relationships.

This is a full-time role that offers the flexibility to work from one of our US offices or remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  1. New Business Development: Activate and generate new leads through established and new contacts with retail partners. You will contribute significantly to revenue targets within your assigned area of responsibility.
  2. Develop compelling proposals and engage with prospects to share our vision, strategy, and value proposition.
  3. Effectively utilize data to illustrate the benefits of our offerings in driving business success for retail partners.
  4. Serve as the primary point of influence for decision-makers on our partner teams, showcasing the value of our partnership and guiding them towards full collaboration.
  5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our offerings and their application in the retail space.
  6. Closely collaborate with Industry Lead and Account Management teams on offer details, programming, and calibration.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, network, and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the retail sector to prospective partners.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in new business development, enterprise sales within digital media.
  • Prior relevant vertical expertise in Enterprise retail accounts is highly desirable, with experience targeting stakeholders such as VP-level+ marketing, media, and executive contacts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in generating new leads from existing and new partners.
  • Ability to meet or exceed goals related to metrics such as new brands signed, activated, revenue generated, and brand penetration.
  • Comfortable addressing objections as opportunities for education and finding solutions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages including base pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits to our exceptional team members. The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. We also provide all employees with equity in our company, ensuring everyone can benefit from our growth.
