About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Alliance Sales Manager to join our team at Hirebridge. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners.

In this exciting and impactful role, you will be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy. You will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
  • Develop and Execute Territory Plan: Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • Grow and Manage Partner Pipeline: Grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
  • Nurture Partner Relationships: Nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Based on primary and secondary market research data, build and refine strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances.
  • Partner Engagement: Actively engage with existing and new partners to enhance awareness about our global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build strong relationships and maintain robust communication with partners' direct and indirect sales channels to identify new market and client opportunities.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs.
  • Internal Education and Mobilization: Educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key Alliance Sales objectives.
  • Integrity and Ethics: Act with utmost integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters involving key stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Set an example for all other Global Alliance Sales team members by demonstrating unmatched initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, success, and growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
  • Self-Motivated Team Player: Self-motivated team player with a strong drive to exceed goals.
