Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity to excel in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts within your portfolio, focusing on cross-selling and budget preparation for clients primarily in Brazil but also across the rest of the region.

Your primary goal will be to serve as the main point of contact for target accounts, delivering personalized and proactive support. You will identify opportunities for growth, product expansion, and operational efficiency, coordinating internally with various teams to address complex and time-sensitive needs.

You will analyze each account's performance and behavior to generate insights and tailored strategies, contributing to the development of commercial strategies and the launch of new solutions such as fiat-to-crypto ramps and institutional trading products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payments, and/or complex payment solutions.
  • Previous sales or account management experience at a financial institution or large brokerage firm.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
