The Regional Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing all sales, post-sales, and marketing activities in their region. This role involves building and leading a dynamic field team, focusing on profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and post-sales performance in the region
  • Incentivize and support team engagement efforts
  • Promote communication that supports market plans
  • Coordinate dealership agreements, ensuring compliance with sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Work Location: São Paulo (Capital) and Baixada Santista

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Completed higher education
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive

  • Intermediate English and fluent Portuguese
  • Extensive experience in commercial automotive/auto parts, with relationships with dealership networks
  • Leadership experience in sales and post-sales teams is a plus
  • Ability to travel and reside in São Paulo
