Key Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a customer care representative.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage key accounts, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Portuguese.

As a key contact point for customers, you will be responsible for managing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between various departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage allocated key accounts and regions
  • Work in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to help resolve issues and find improvements to prevent those issues arising again
  • Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customers' requirements
Requirements:
  • Studying or have completed higher education
  • Previous experience in direct talk-to customer
  • Excellent spoken and written English language and Portuguese fluent
  • High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
