We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our team in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing seller relationships.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to achieve target goals.
- Educate new merchants on Amazon's standards for delivery and customer experience.
- Identify and acquire sellers/manufacturers that can enhance the product selection and brands in the category.
- Drive innovation to improve customer experience, scale categories non-linearly, and strengthen seller/manufacturer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Excellent business acumen with strong written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Minimum of six years of experience in buying, account management, or product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
