Junior Events and Campaign Coordinator (Emerging Careers)

Position Overview

The Marketing division is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to enhance our energetic operations in Brazil, Sao Paulo, by supporting our initiatives related to events and campaigns in AI and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics and operational aspects of marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns aligned with SAS's sales and marketing strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement plans for onsite support, equipment management, catering, speaker assistance, and the production and distribution of materials/signage for both SAS and third-party live and virtual events.
  • Evaluate data to derive insights for ongoing and future events/activities/projects, validating success and proposing enhancements.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of events/activities/projects.
  • Track individual project expenditures to adhere to budget constraints while striving to minimize costs and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Master and utilize systems that facilitate marketing processes and campaign execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
  • Solid understanding of business-to-business sales and marketing processes, operations, and initiatives.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively; proficient in decision-making, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure with specific deadlines and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in essential internal and external software applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of the above qualifications.
