Job Opportunity:

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing changes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience as SAP Success Factors Key User is required. This involves working with HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding, and having strong knowledge of end-to-end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Labor and Compliance (LGPD) experience is also essential, as well as BPM - Business Process Modeling experience.
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Graduated or higher degree is required.
  • Requirements:
  • Provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding during the past 5 years OR Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC;
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes
  • Being hands-on and a good team player
  • Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in one's abilities, adapt well, and work in a structured way
  • Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and propose changes in business processes, IT implementations, and/or operations when necessary.
  • Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
  • Fluent in English language
