  • Promote innovation in solution development, refining business strategies where necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support senior colleagues in structuring deals that balance risk and reward, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enhance client experience through proactive market updates, trend analysis, and intelligence sharing, resulting in increased client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to new business development by researching and identifying prospective clients, networking to explore new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and oversee transaction submissions and annual reviews for submission to credit lending management and risk departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking and finance.
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products, along with a track record of providing expert financial advice and solutions.
  • Demonstrated core credit skills, including Early Warning Detection and credit origination processes.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in accounting principles, financial modeling, and statement analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
  • A self-motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to work, with high energy levels and a passion for creating new business opportunities.
  • Ability to rapidly identify priorities and communicate them clearly, with a proactive approach to strengthening business relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Fluency in English and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a CPA certification an asset.
