Manager of Governance and Stakeholder Engagement

As a Manager of Governance and Stakeholder Engagement, you will be responsible for executing on the strategy team's priorities and service excellence processes. You will assist and partner with the strategy leader to deliver on objectives, create a leading practice shared service organization, manage stakeholder relationship processes, and ensure strong governance of processes.

  • Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans, gathering stakeholder feedback, and identifying opportunities based on feedback.
  • Maintaining stakeholders' awareness of their responsibilities through governance frameworks.
  • Ensuring service delivery teams follow governance models and information cascades properly.
  • Creating and implementing workflows in ServiceNow for stakeholder issues and needs tracking.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including experience with stakeholder or customer experience management, survey development and analysis, and/or business process governance within a Shared Services or Global Business Services function.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, organizational, and planning skills.
