About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Retail Business Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Retail team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, emerging product trends, and market segment evolution to inform business decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Own and manage vendor relationships, driving performance improvement through negotiation and partnership development.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize vendor terms and cost structures.
  • Category Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, buying, or marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to use formal and informal influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
