Retail Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Business Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Focus: You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Vendor Management: You will be responsible for managing our relationships with key vendors, negotiating terms and conditions, and driving business growth through vendor partnerships.
- Business Analysis: You will analyze business data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, inventory management, and marketing, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Account management, project or program management, or buying experience;
- Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, or inventory management;
- Master's degree;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL;
- Experience using data to influence business decisions;
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration;
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
