About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at SumUp. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
Requirements
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of analytical modeling and SQL
  • Intermediate Excel skills
